BE SEEN STORE Online Store Policy

Returns

You may return most items sold by Be Seen Store online order center within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus 20% restocking fee.  If the return is in result of a defective item (you received damaged, defective, or incorrect item) then the stocking fee does not apply and we will pay the return shipping. 

Please note we accept domestic returns only.  International orders are considered to be final.

Refunds

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased through our Be Seen Store site by submitting your request though the Customer Service link on the www.beseenstore.com home page.  Refund will be credited to the credit card used at the original time of purchase only.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us through our Be Seen Store site by submitting your request though the Customer Service link on the www.beseenstore.com home page before returning product to us.  We will ship out the replacement after we receive the returned item.

Back order policy

All back-ordered items are subject to review and customers will be notified of expect ship date.  We will make every effort to post ¿Sold Out¿ notices for any Be Seen Store online products that are out-of-stock.  In the event an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed.  Please check back with our online Be Seen Store or contact us though the Customer Service link on the www.beseenstore.com home page.

Credit card policy

We will charge your card at the time orders are placed.  If an item is out of stock we will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed or be notified of expect ship date.   For verification purposes, please complete all fields when placing orders to avoid delays in shipping your products.

Shipping

If you selected ¿Standard¿ Shipping, we will ship your products by UPS ground free of charge in the continental United States.  All other methods will still be shipped UPS at an additional cost to the purchaser.  We usually ship products out by the next business day from the time orders are placed.

Delivery Time

For the 48 states, orders generally take 3 to 7 business days for Standard shipping.  Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take longer.
